The Seminar for international Arbiters will be held as a Part of the of the RSSU Chess Cup Moscow Open Program

The training seminar for international arbiters will be held as part of the additional program of the XVI international RSSU Cup Moscow Open 2020 from January 24th (day of arrival) to January 26th.

The seminar is hosted by FIDE Arbiter Commission and the Russian Chess Federation.

Participants will be international arbiters, regardless of the category. Organizational contributions are not provided.

Holding form – full‐time. Languages – Russian and English.

Head of the seminar (main lecturer): Alexander Tkachev (Russia), FIDE lecturer, head of the RCF technical directorate, international arbiter/international organizer.

Guest lecturer: Vadim Tsypin (Canada), FIDE lecturer (Cond.), international arbiter/international organizer.

Preliminary registered applications for participation in the seminar should be sent by January 23rd.
