If in the tournament B of the Moscow Open 2020 festival the name of the winner – Juilia Osmak (Ukraine) – was determined one round before the end of the competition, the tournament A faced a confusing situation. Six participants at once had 6, 5 points - 5 Grandmasters and 1 International Master among them. When the smoke of the battle disappeared, it suddenly turned out that the clear winner is the “youngest” in title – Sergey Lobanov (Saint Petersburg).
