Arbiter’s seminar to be held within additional programme of RSSU Cup Moscow Open 2020

The joint (international and national) arbiter’sa chess seminar will be held on January 27, 28, and 29 as a part of the additional programme of the XVI International RSSU Cup Moscow Open 2020.

The international seminar will be held in Russian and officially registered in the FIDE.

The coordinator of the seminar – Alexander Tkachev, International Arbiter, FIDE lecturer, sports referee of a national category (Moscow).

The seminar is open to Russian chess arbiters of the third, second, first and national (republican, union) category, chess players without an arbiter category but having an ELO rating or Russian chess rating of 2000 or above as well as foreaign citizens willing to obtain FIDE arbiter points.

Preliminary applications (forms are attached) for participation in the seminar should be sent to artemaz@mail.ru before January 21.

The participants who successfully pass the credit to obtain the category “Sports arbiter of national category” will be included in the record approved by the Head of the Qualification Board and published on the official website of the Russian Chess Federation.

The participants who successfully pass the credit to obtain the International category “FIDE Arbiter” will be issued a certificate confirming their FIDE Arbiter score.

The participants who successfully pass the credit to obtain (or requalify for) the categories of “Sports Arbiter of the 1st category”, “Sports Arbiter of the 2nd category”, “Sports Arbiter of the 3rd category” will be issued personal certificates by the Moscow Chess Federation.
