Accreditation procedure for participants of International RSSU Chess Cup Moscow Open

Dear festival participants!

Please note that prior to the competition you have to undergo an accreditation process at the game venue. It will take place in the building 8 of the RSSU, office 316.

The participant accreditation for Children and Student Tournaments will be held on January 23 from 12pm to 7pm; the participant accreditation for the rest of the tournaments – January 24 from 12pm to 8pm.

The participant registration for children’s blitz tournament is compulsory for everyone and will be held on January 23 from 12pm to 3pm. You will be able to pay the tournament fee at the same venue.

In order to become an accredited participant, you are requested to come within the specified time frame and submit the following documents:

- passport or birth certificate (for junior participants),
- tournament fee payment receipt.

The participants of the National Student Chess League Cup are also requested to submit their Student ID or a student’s record book that confirms your current student status or a student status certificate. The participants of the Student Tournament willing to compete in a team tournament should submit a specific application form. The application form template can be found in the “Regulations” section of the tournament.

The registration procedure for the blitz tournaments open to anyone interested will be announced later.

Only accredited participants are included in the drawing of lots for the first round. The participants failing to obtain accreditation until the deadline or for any other reason may be included in the additional drawing of lots.

The accreditation card (participant card) is an entry pass to the RSSU campus.

The opening ceremony for all festival tournaments will be held in the Hall of the RSSU Main building on January 24 (Friday) at 3pm.
